Arsenal set to offer Bukayo Saka a new contract to reward the youngster for his incredible season so far
According to David Ornstein of The Athletic, Arsenal are set to offer Bukayo Saka a new contract following his impressive performances this campaign. The English youngster has become important for the Gunners, scoring 10 and assisting five more in all competitions. He has scored nine and assisted five in the Premier League so far. His winner against Aston Villa this weekend was Arsenal’s 2000th in the EPL. Saka is only halfway through his current deal which expires in June 2024. The deal is thought to be worth around £35,000-a-week. There is no urgency for him to sign a new contract now, but the Gunners want to reward the England international for his fine form.
