Karim Adeyemi Transfer: Borussia Dortmund finally agree a deal for the RB Salzburg Forward
After months of brinkmanship and negotiations, Borussia Dortmund and RB Salzburg have finally agreed on a deal to sign Karim Adeyemi according to Kicker. The 20-year-old is a target for BVB with Erling Haaland off to Manchester City this summer. Kicker stated that he is not a direct Haaland replacement as both players have different profiles. The pacy German international will join the club for a reported 35 million Euros, the same amount Salzburg has been demanding all this while. Fernando joining Salzburg from Shakhtar Donetsk opened the way for the deal.
Karim Adeyemi Transfer was linked to Bayern Munich and Barcelona earlier, but BVB has convinced him to join their project. He has scored 20 goals and provided five assists in 39 games for RB Salzburg this season. Sport1 claims that he’ll earn a basic salary of 5 million Euros a year. Dortmund never seems to miss with their attacking signings. Adeyemi will be BVB’s second signing of the season after completing a deal for Niklas Sule. They are also close to signing Nico Schlotterbeck from Freiburg. Marco Rose’s side is making the right moves to mount a title challenge, but will it be enough?
