Polish full-back Matty Cash signs new five-year deal with Aston Villa

Poland international Matty Cash has signed a five-year contract extension with Aston Villa, the club has confirmed. The right-back joined Villa in September 2020 and has made 60 appearances to date. He has scored three goals and registered six assists in that time. The former Nottingham Forest man has been a mainstay in Steven Gerrard’s side, appearing in all 30 league games so far. The 24-year-old was voted as the club’s Player of the Month for March and his new contract will run till 2027. This season, he has three goals and three assists. Congratulations on the new contract!
